Drive the entire sales cycle by identifying potential clients, developing client solutions, communicating these solutions and closing the deal.
Ensure generation of leads through calls / references.
Proactively contact potential customers to promote the project.
Identify and develop relations with existing & new HNI/corporate clienteles
To continuously track changing trends, customer requirements & feedback. Convey the same to the management
Responsible for regular customer interaction for business enquiries & establishing relationship with them.
Must be smart,dynamic & go getter with an interest in real estate & sales.
Should possess good communication skills (spoken & written)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
MBA/Graduates with minimum 1- 3 yrs experience in sales.
