Job Description :
  • MSPL scripting (Microsoft SIP processing language), UCMA, UCWA, SFB deployment, protocol knowledge (to analyze the logs) experience
  • Session Border Controller
  • Experience in testing independent software vendor applications against UC solutions for certification and validation purpose
  • Added the applications example.
  • Experience in working with Unified Communications network, implementation and integration.
  • Experience in working with different vendor PBXs, SBCs and Voice Gateways
  • Experience in working with these Protocols: -SIP, SDP, RTP, TCP/IP, UDP, RDP, CCCP
  • Must have the Knowledge of the Tools: Wireshark, snooper, Fiddler, SIP,
  • Experience in cisco Routers and switches.
  • Experience in collaborating with technicians and architects for interoperable testing and developing product integration strategies.
  • Experience in troubleshooting interoperable issues related to SIP signaling, configuration and network topology plan
  • Experience in testing SIP Trunks for certification and validation purpose
  • Experience in testing SIP End Points with different vendor PBXs.
  • Experience in testing and validating the interoperable solutions with proposed topology
  • Experience in testing independent software vendor applications against UC solutions for certification and validation purpose (Applications like Contact center, Attendant console, Call recording)
  • SIP Trunk Interoperability certification testing
  • SBC Interoperability certification testing
  • PBX Interoperability certification testing
  • Microsoft Skype for Business validation testing with different vendor SBCs and SIP Trunk service providers
  • Experience in any one of the following product is mandatory.
  • Lync 2013, Skype for Business 2015, Genband Quantix SBC, Mitel MiVoice 3300, Mitel Border Gateway, BroadSoft PBX, Cisco UCM, CUBE, Cisco Mediasense, Cisco Voice Gateway, Audiocodes SBC, Edgewater SBC, 3CX PBX, Asterisk PBX and Samsung PB.
