• Utilize existing client relationships to navigate within the client organisation and generate/contact new business leads.

• Build relationships with clients/prospects through demonstration of in-depth client knowledge, understanding of specific client needs/priorities and mapping of Cheers offerings for client.

• Identify and sell to additional functions within client base to gain wallet share

• Develop and execute customized account plans with a focused sales strategy, outlining strategic growth and tactical planning for existing and potential clients to maximize the value.

• Quota responsibility of contract value within a territory of major client accounts, with a strong focus on growth within the accounts.

• Determine appropriate tactics to drive urgency in sales cycle

• Directly manage a team of Key Account Managers focused on winning, renewing and expanding existing customer revenue across large complex organizations.

• Inspire and motivate team on a daily basis and manage the sales process /day to day operations of the team

• Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts to senior management. Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team and track results.
