Job Description :

Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
Lead and Implement business process management system for new clients
Drive and Track Quality DNA - training, testing & certification, lead any other analytics and productivity initiatives that come up
Implementing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) for newly Transitioned processes
Coaching and Mentoring Process Owners and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean
The role provides an opportunity to lead initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders - internal and external
Basic accounting knowledge to enable understanding of the purpose and the process followed
Exposure to Project management or Process Excellence or BB profile with at least 3+ years of experience in Process excellence and preferably in Banking
Proven experience in driving continuous improvements across teams using Lean Six Sigma framework
Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
Facilitative Leadership skills \u2013 Influencing skills, mentoring and coaching \u2013 to be able to drive change
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
Experience in Lean and Six Sigma
Must have exposure to Operational Sourcing and should know:
Requirement gathering from business and stakeholder collaboration
Understanding the requirement and doing data analysis to do baseline analysis, price analysis and cost analysis
Build Cost breakdown and understand cost levers and drivers for Indirect Categories (IT Application Software, Hardware, Professional, Consulting, HR and Legal services)
Excellent communication, presentation skills & articulation skills

Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Lean Digital Transformation
Responsibilities
Lead the Intelligent Automation business for one or more key accounts
Co-own the P&L for Intelligent Automation for those accounts \u2013 exceed Revenue, AOI and CSAT targets
Lead right from process diagnostic and initial opportunity assessment all the way to planning and strategy development through implementation
Be a visionary for clients and help them drive meaningful impact and long term benefits from the Genpact association
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

MBA / CA / B. Tech/ MCA
Relevant experience
Solution design, consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience; process consulting experience preferred over business / strategy consulting
Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of digital platforms such as Robotics
Demonstrable client / stakeholder management and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Judgement, personal effectiveness, team handling
Competence in handling Change Management
Demonstrated competency in navigating through structured as well as unstructured client business settings
