MANAGER / SR. MANAGER (CONTRACTS) Job Location: Head Office, Delhi Qualification: B. E / B. Tech / DIP (Civil Engineer) Experience: 12 Yrs or Above Description: Ø Supervision of Contractual Matters of Project of different nature and coordination of activities Ø Support project head in Contract Administration, Planning and review of Contractual letters/ correspondence with the Contractors/Vendors/Suppliers and other stakeholders Ø Preparation, Submission and Finalization of Variation orders/Extra Items with negotiation with Top management of Client Ø Responsible for submission of Extension of Time request to Client and approval of various key dates related to project. Ø Dealing with commercial department and system interface contractors for compliance of Contractual conditions Ø Project Construction Management - Ensuring compliance of all provisions of the contract between the contracting parties Ø Preparation of Time and Cost Claims in line with the Contract terms and conditions Ø Initiate the claims taking into consideration the events which are beyond control of contractor Ø Prepare the Claim documents in line with FIDIC clauses/ contract agreement. Ø Project Contract Management - Liaising in Contractual and Financial matters, Ensuring validity of contractual requirements, Check contractors valuation, Monitor regular contract cost estimates Ø Provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff and other employees in contracting practices and procedures. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
