Our Client is a Non- Banking Financial Company (NBFC) which provides Wholesale and Retail lending solutions to Corporate and Retail customers respectively across geographies and businesses. Our Client's portfolio of products on the retail side include Loan Against Shares, Loan Against Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits and Bonds, Margin Trade Funding, Employee Stock Option Financing, Loan Against Property and IPO Financing.

Nature of experience:
Candidate should have the ability to generate leads, enter new corporates, set up meetings of Key Company people with Companys top management, manage relationship on ongoing basis, and deepen relationship in existing accounts. Candidate should have prior knowledge of various lending products and experience of structuring transactions. Candidate should be presently working in the required location and has significant relationship base in Mumbai based Corporates. Role requirements are Result oriented and candidates performance will be measured based on Deals Originated and Fee and Interest Income generated for company. Also a key result area will be how successfully new Account relationships were added and old ones have been deepened.
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
  • Candidate with relevant Experience in Business Origination Segment.
  • Position will be location based, will require travelling, meeting Corporates, and Peer Groups like NBFCs etc to explore opportunities of Funding. Companys Whole sale lending practice is primarily in the Promoter Funding, Structured Funding, Acquisition funding and Real Estate lending space
  • Candidate should have the experience in handling loan products like Promoter Funding, Structured Funding, Acquisition funding and Real Estate funding.
  • Candidate should have relationship/network base in Large and Mid-Corporates.

  • Technical Competencies:
    Wholesale Funding: Experience across loan products like Promoter Funding, Structured Funding, Acquisition funding and Real Estate funding.
    Retail Funding: Experience across loan products like Loan against Shares (HNI, NBFC & Broker Funding), Bonds, MFs, Loan against Property, Margin Funding, IPO and ESOP Funding
