  • Shift : US Shift
Sr Manager Business Excellence
  • Location : Hyderabad
  • CTC : Upto 15 L
  • Shift : US Shift
  • Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Current Designation Should be Sr. Manager/Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager
  • Should have experience in Process Excellence / Business Excellence / Operation Excellence
  • Manage and execute high impact business processes improvements across the lifecycle
  • Generate business impact / client value adds through Continual Improvement initiatives or transformational thought process
  • Create and improve customer experience through Customer Journey Mapping (improvement in CSAT/NPS scores)
  • Identify NVAs and improve process efficiencies through Lean tools
  • Transform the entire employee life cycle right from Hire to Retire
  • Implement strong governance to address Operations Quality and Improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Create a culture of Process Improvement within the Business.
