Profile Overview

Manager – Affiliate Marketing will be responsible for performance-based marketing in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought by the affiliate's own marketing efforts. Overlaps with other Internet marketing methods to some degree, because affiliates often use regular advertising methods. Those methods include organic search engine optimization (SEO), paid search engine marketing(PPC - Pay Per Click), e-mail marketing, content marketing and in some sense display advertising . It relies purely on financial motivations to drive sales while referral marketing relies on trust and personal relationships to drive sales. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop strong relationships with top affiliates in all online markets for better placements and visibility of the brand. Monitor affiliate activity, direct publisher and online mobile traffic from unique quality sources and analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and maximize campaign performance. 
  • Implement strategy for onboarding affiliates via programs, including awareness, acquisition and retention tactics to achieve business targets and revenue growth. 
  • Proactively develop and grow the performance ad network, exploring new opportunities, partnerships and formats throughout. Launching new app download campaigns and bringing more ROI efficiency in the existing campaigns through various multi -level optimizations. 
  • Monitoring and reporting on Competitors Affiliate Campaigns and Promotions Digital Marketing, Partner Relationships, ROI, Campaigns, Promotions & Affiliate Marketing. 
  • Excellent working relations with affiliate marketing networks, direct publishers and app developers for initiating new ROI have driven marketing campaigns. 
  • Proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns for user acquisition. 
  • Knowledge in ad-serving technologies, experience in campaign management. 
  • Excellent time management and project management skills. 
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multi-task, work under pressure 
  • The successful candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess superior communication skills, and be comfortable working independently with minimum supervision . 
  • Candidates must demonstrate a superior track record for creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and success in all phases of business development including prospecting, acquisition, integration and retention of partners. 
  • Requirements include a minimum of five years business-to-business enterprise complex sales/partnership experience in online or software industries with a heavy bias toward web affiliate, online advertising and video/music environments. 
Desired Skills & Expereince 
  • 7+ years’ experience in B2B business development, product-sales, alliances/partnerships with 4+ years in the Indian Internet Industry. 
  • Keen understanding of online advertising models, especially affiliate and Mobile Marketing. 
  • Experience with web/app analytics tools. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work streams 
  • Ability to manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders including marketing, creative, media, and content acquisition teams. 
  • Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial. Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done and thinking big at the same time. 
  • Relentless customer focus and obsession. 
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred 
  • Experience in the Ecommerce/Healthcare/Nutra Industry preferred. 
  • Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels. 
  • Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
Salary Upto 12 LPA
