Job Description
  • Manage the Business Development activities for IT & Non IT Recruitment / Staffing. 
  • The Candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, increase the business with existing clients. 
  • Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals & getting the MOUs done. 
  • Responsible to achieve Business Targets in Permanent Recruitment and Contract Staffing and RPO engagements. Develop Sales Strategies and maintain a client Pipe-line. 
  • Maintain good relation with existing client and regular meetings the client to request for new open position and ensure the recruitment team to deliver the open position to client. 
  • Interaction with the team regarding requirement details, profile shortlisting, interview status and interview follow up. 
  • Should have good knowledge in recruitment life cycle and staffing solution. 
  • Work closely with recruitment team and create the bridge between recruitment team and client. 
  • Build long-term relationships with direct clients 
  • Build connectivity at HR Director / MD / President / CEOs level. 
  • Cold calling / setting up meetings with prospective clients 
  • Should have proven experience of 3-4 years in Business development in the Recruitment and Staffing industry for IT and Non-IT industries. Should be go getter, Responsible, Organized and self driven. 
  • Experience in US & Overseas Staffing Market will be an added advantage. 
  • Ensure the annual revenue target is met 
Desired Candidate Profile :
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Good telephone comm. skills. Good listening skills. Good presentation skills, must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities. 
  • Must have experience in Business development of Recruitment industry. 
  • Idea about Digital Marketing is a plus even though it's not compulsory. 
  • Willing to take up challenges and possess right work attitude
