Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties

 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

 Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

 Tie up with new educational partners

 Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; analyzing market strategies

and discovering and exploring opportunities

 Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote the company’s products/services

addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

 Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;

integrating contract requirements with business operations.

 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;

maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

 Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different

requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

 Designing and developing Marketing and Sales Strategies

Required Experience and Qualifications

 Proven experience of 2-3 years in sales in the Education and Service Industry

 Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets

 An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with

customers and business associates

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of

people, both internally and externally

 Good IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets

 A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting customers/clients

 Good networking skills

 Other soft skills include: Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning,

Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Professionalism

Salary: INR 30,000.00 to INR 60,000.00 /month(Flexible as per the candidate)
