Job Description
Position: Manager - Sales & Business Development
Industry: IT

Experience: 5 yrs +, Ecommerce preferred
Education: Min. Graduate/ BMS/MBA/BE/MCA/BCA or Equivalent

We are looking for a payment industry professional who have won and managed large enterprise accounts with proven record of sales.

Candidates who has earlier worked with banks or payment gateway company or have generated business through cards or POS machine will be preferred.

Job Description:-

• Candidate will be responsible for B2B sales.
• Meeting new customers, and Handling complete sales cycle from cold call, calling, meeting, presentation, follow-ups, closing deals.
• Growth in business through new acquisitions, Revenue / income through merchant discount rate, AMC and integration fee, new merchant service providers and channel partners.
• Generate business from existing customers.
• Manage customer relations and regular touch with them to understand their requirements.
• Update the management regularly on the clients requirement and sales /closure status
• Meet the sales target month on month
• Interact with internal teams, project team, technical team etc.
• Efficiently & effectively map new markets and opportunities

Responsibilities:
  • Business generation through banks / non banks / Govt. Entities / VTS companies.
  • Responsible for business generation from e-commerce PG solutions, mPOS solutions, LUMA etc to banks / non banks.
Requirements:

  • Should have good knowledge in the world of web, e-commerce, payment, Banking sector.
  • Should be able to build a professional network and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Should be dynamic, persistent, persuasive and rigorous.
  • Necessarily should have a good fluency in English & other local languages.
