He / She must have experience in mortgage collections atleast for 3 - 4 years in handling queries of Branch collection managers / telecalling team, understand customer queries, collating feedback from field collections / telecallers etc
He / She has to coordinate with field collections team / telecalling team across zones and collate the feedback. He / She should take forward the requests of customers / field collections team / telacalling team with the authorities and ensure timely resolution of the same. He / She also should ensure correct data entries and remarks updation in system on a daily basis. He / she should also be able to find out the reason of delay in legal matters with concerned managers and suggest resolution for the same in consultation with National Head - Collections.Competencies:Good oral and written communication skills, computer knowledge(Excel and powerpoint)

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
