This job requires overseeing a team of support resources (RPA support engineers, senior support and principal support engineers) who manage support operations for hundreds of robots across multiple customers and locations. In this role, the individual will be responsible for managing all stakeholders and support related customer interactions. A primary deliverable will be to ensure that business' customers receive outstandingsupport. This may involve creating customersupportpolicies and procedures for staff to adhere to, training and observing employees and assisting unsatisfied customers or customer escalations. The individual will be responsible for Governance and Reporting on all RPA processes transitioned to his/her team. This will require people leadership, in-depth understanding of our RPA Support Model, client and vendor relationship management.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor/Masters university degree in Engineering
