Job Description
1. Create new dealers and handle existing dealers
2. Responsibilities include Sales Planning, Sales Co-ordination, handling major corporate accounts, Credit control and revenue generation
3. Responsible for individual revenue targets
4. Handle construction chemicals at various stages of construction, repairs & maintenance
5. Handle geographical areas, institutional clients like Government and Semi Government Institutions, corporate clients, Architects, structural engineering companies & large contracting companies
6. Provide technical expertise and advice to clients
7. Supervise implementation of large projects as and when needed to ensure superior quality and customer satisfaction
8. Written communication with customers and preparation of technical proposals
9. Incorporating company products in private and government tenders and tracking projects until order realization and supply
10. Experience in industrial sales, project sales OR government projects
11. Excellent Excel and power point skills

Job Specification:
  • He should have relevant sales experience in any of the following countries Addis Ababa, Ethiopia or Nairobi, Kenya
  • He should have Driver’s License
  • He should have minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years experience in sales of Construction Chemicals/ Civil engineering products
  • He should be proficient in spoken and written English
