Job Description:
    Manage and organize operations by planning, directing and coordinating activities that are in line with company objectives, and targets

    Identifying, developing, facilitation, negotiation to ensure target achievement.

    Provide direction for operations to meet budget and financial goals

    Direct short- term and long- range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.

    Implementation of improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.

    Develop and create strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.

    Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees.

    Should develop the project into a profit making strategic business unit.

    Day to day activities as per laid down procedures

    Single point of contact across the engagement for client escalation/ Query Resolution.

    Coordinates with other functions to ensure effective and efficient operations and resolve issues that may occur across the Engagement

    Oversees the maintenance of departmental records and the generation and balancing of transaction reports

    Share best practice within the organization or client for process and efficiency improvement

    Desired Profile

    Experience 11 to 15 years

    Commerce graduate/ M.Com/ ICWA/ CA

    Very strong leadership skills, Experience in project management.

    Strong people and customer management skills and very strong analytical and problem solving Skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

    Must have deployment / field level experience.

    Must have strong Quality and process improvement/ Reengineering projects experience

    Should have an excellent understanding of financials.

    Should have led a team of 70 plus members

    Should have solution mindset and should have worked on RFPs and bid defense meetings
