PEGA LSA Certified Lead Systems Architect (LSA)
Pega LSA role is a senior project leadership role and will be responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Process Rules Commander) and Pega frameworks.
In this role, the Service Provider Personnel will;
• Proficient to independently design PEGA solutions from functional requirements;
• provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega;
• should evangelise re-usable components that can be enterprise assets;
• develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design patterns and implementation features;
• reviews and quality assures all solution design and reviews all the design related artefacts;
• provide thought-leadership to ANZ stakeholders across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements; and
• works in conjunction with Delivery Lead to , manage scope and risk.
Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches technical and functional requirements.
Participates in the development of additional use cases opportunities with ANZ stakeholders.

The following skills are required in the role of Pega LSA:
• Ability to prepare comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation.
• Applies expert knowledge and broad understanding of multiple technology disciplines to devise IT solutions in alignment to approved industry standards and or guidelines.
• 12 - 16 years of IT experience with n-tier, database and client server design/development
• Experience on Pega banking frameworks like CPM-FS, CLM-FS, CS, Smart Investigate, Disputes, FSIF, CLM, PDFS.
• Superior knowledge on Pega tools like AES, SMA, PLA, BIX, Accessibility framework is must.
• Proficient with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative), excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills, and system integration skills.
• Proficient in the architecture design methodologies required to support the Pega 7x platform
• Experience in Web technologies including Servlets, JSP, and XML.
• Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL. Should be proficient in SQL commands
• Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS
• Experience related to banking domain projects is preferable.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge by mentoring junior team members on-going basis
• Experience with upgrade of PRPC & Framework versions.
• Expert in analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Expert knowledge in process design and workflow.
• Ability to communicate and present to multiple stakeholder problem definitions and proposed solutions to complex IT, technical and business issues.
• Capable in applying ANZ standards – reuse existing standards or establish, implement and enforce appropriate standards in the creation of solutions.
• A certified practitioner in the Pega 7x (and above) platform to the Architect level as designated.
ANZ at its discretion may request the Service Provider to provide documentary evidence that Service Provider Personnel in these positions are fully certified by Pega and has passed all test, exams and requirements as required by Pega to attain PEGA certification.
• Must have completed CLSA Part-1 & Part-2 certificates.
• Superior product knowledge of the Pega 7x platform with PRPC v7.x (preferably V7.2 or above) as a Pega LSA with experience in new Pega capabilities.
