JD Title:- Manager IT Recruitment.
Primary Skill Set & Experience:
Graduate/PG Recruitment professional with 8 to 10yrs of experience in Recruitments.
Should have handled team of recruiters across locations/In a lead role for at least 4-6yrs
2 to 4yrs should have been in Technical IT Recruitments, preferably in IT Infrastructure
Managing End to End Recruitment and Selection Process: - Responsible to manage the overall recruitment process, team and making sure that the openings are closed as per defined timelines. Conducting weekend walk-ins drives both locally and outstation to meet the requirements.
Maintain and update status of all ongoing position:- Track and monitor all recruitment activities
Maintain and provide a healthy pipeline for current and future staffing needs
Drive sourcing channels to obtain desired results.
Cost optimisation:- Create & Innovate sourcing strategies and manages multiple sourcing channels to optimize quality, availability and cost optimization
Market Mapping:- Mapping and Industry Research, Identify domain specific vendor partners for quick ramp-ups and niche skills.
Vendor Management:- Manage vendor relationships for speed and efficiency in sourcing.
Stakeholder Management:- Engage with all internal stakeholders and partner to achieve desired results.
Recruitment Analytics:- Prepare monthly reports on recruitment, understanding and exposure to Excel and PowerPoint
Must be a self-starter who combines a high level of creativity with strong organisational skills.
Effective problem solver who can work with minimal supervision
Strong Sourcing Skills and should have knowledge of IT domain/market
Must have excellent written and verbal communication Skills
Should be able to work in tight deadlines and able to decide targets for all the openings
Should have the ability to work closely with Senior Management

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
