Job Description
HR Processes: manpower planning of Workmen, Recruitment & Selection of workmen at Plant, Induction Programme of New recruits in plant,

People Engagement: Undertake / sustain initiatives to improve employee engagement.

Collective bargaining: Grievance handling of all categories of workmen, IR environment, negotiate and implement productivity & wage settlement.

Statutory compliance & internal controls:

Ensure compliance to labour statutes. Ensure compliance through contractors. Maintain good relations with statutory authorities. Scan modification in legislation periodically.

Discipline: Maintaining discipline in the plant, study / review all indiscipline, absenteeism cases and initiate necessary actions in consultations with HOD or Contractor if Contract Labour is involved.

Represent the Company in all legal matters. Ensure proper study and follow-up.

Administration: Ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes such as welfare, time-office, payroll, employee services etc.
