Job Description
An International Trade Manager will have a wide range of duties that deal with company’s operations this will include identifying the right clients, cultivating business from the customer and handling the customers/clients requirement, identifying the right suppliers and organizing and coordinating the products from suppliers, assessing the quality of products and finalizing the negotiations for the clients, coordinating the shipping processes.  
• Create and increase the company’s customer base through various marketing and promotional channels.

• Independently organize and attend relevant exhibitions & Fairs. Design and Plan the participation to represent the employer or its clients.

• Ensure that sales team has adequate samples and promotional material, and present trade products with knowledge and enthusiasm to take business upwards.

• Take ownership of Export’s annual sales goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategy as needed to get sales on track/target.

• Develop a clear understanding of the products identified by the clients for purchasing, matching their needs with the supplier database.

• Coordinating extensive international travel arrangements if needed by the customer/client.

• Awareness of customs duties, declaration process of products (HS Codes).

• Supervise and inspect the quality standards as per clients specifications of product at supplier/manufacturing end.

• Ensure profitable selling terms by generating recommended margins and discount percentages for special trade sales.

• Create customized and up to date lists of trade product according to customer or sales representative requests.
