Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Human Resource

As a part of the HR Corporate Team of Genpact, you\u2019ll be driving critical HR metrics for sub-portfolio in a vertical of ~20,000 employees spread across globe. This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high growth potential. And that\u2019s why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of HR strategy with the goal of enabling high performance culture.
Responsibilities
.
Setting up and E2E management of people practices engagement, employee grievances, performance management, bench management
.
Coordination with hiring to ensure on time fill of open indents
.
Regular updates to leadership on health of accounts from people\u2019s perspective
.
Should be able to manage site in Noida and diligently work on interventions to improve employee retention
.
Drive daily operating rigor for implementation of people practices like EMS, 1 on 1, exit interviews, retention discussions, etc.
.
Develop and administer reward strategies to effectively drive performance
.
Support employee and organizational development through appropriate change management and training initiatives
.
Inform management of critical issues and employee management trends through effective HR metrics and reporting
.
Ensure Top 10 HR practices are being followed in letter and spirit
.
Maintain regular interface with hiring team to ensure hiring of talent - quality as well as number
.
Advice associates on personal development and growth
.
Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation; conduct exit interviews to determine reasons
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

.
Graduate (any stream)
.
Excellent Communication Skills
.
Relevant experience in HR Domain
Preferred qualifications

.
MBA or Equivalent Degree in HR
.
Excellent interpersonal skills - listening and communication skills
.
Support attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless, optimized support delivery
.
Demonstrate effective stakeholder management while delivering on key business initiatives through applying effective change and transition management strategies
.
Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects and streams of work concurrently while applying excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
.
Proactive and solution focused with ability to influence
.
Experience in lean process, process improvement, implementation of enabling technologies will be an added advantage
