Job Description
We are urgently looking for Urgent opening for Manager HR / Asst. Manager HR for Bangalore location.

Qualification: Post Graduate in Human Resources or related.

Experience: 8 - 12 years of experience in a similar or any professionally managed corporate organisation

Salary: Up to 9 L.P.A
Only from the Automobile Industry
Location: Bangalore


The employee will be responsible for the handling of the four pillars of the HR portfolio in the company.

1. Recruitment related function 3. Employee engagement related function

2. Compensation related function 4. Administrative related function

1. Recruitment related function

- Ensure full availability of manpower as required in all departments (sales, service, finance, administrative).

- Coordination with functional heads for shortlisting, arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closure.

- Conduct background verification as needed, issue of appointment orders, ensure timely joining of candidates,

verification of certificates and handle the employee induction process into the company.

- Work with agencies to always have a backup stream of potential candidates for expected vacancies.

2. Compensation related function

- Supervision & processing of payroll, maintenance of HR records, leave records, personnel dossiers.

- Ensure compliance of statutory regulations under Factories Act, PF, ESI, fire & safety, pollution control and

other requirements as stated by applicable labour laws. Ability to handle statutory authorities, contractor’s

workmen and adherence to the Contract Labour Act.

3. Employee engagement related function

- Facilitate the training activities, administer programs and feedback

- Initiate employee engagement, motivation programs, understand employee needs & suggest initiatives to

the management to ensure employee satisfaction & retention.

- Work with function heads in initiating employee rewards & recognition programs.

- Handle employee grievances & exit interviews, discipline & employee relations issues.

- Mentoring of HR personnel to develop a competent second line and fulfil HR needs of the organisation

4. Administrative related function

- Update of organisational structure & MIS reporting to Principal & internal management. Attend meetings with

Principal, align & coordinate HR related expectations including certifications.

- Ensure adherence to company HR policy & handle deviations.

- Facilitate continuous performance monitoring, assessment & coordination with all functional groups to

handle non-performers.

- Monitor power, generator, water consumption & all related AMC contracts etc.

- Overall in charge of administration, housekeeping staff, security & upkeep of the location.

- Periodic/weekly visits to all branches
