Job Description
Job Title: Manager –Finance & Accounts

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: CA

.

Experience: 5 years

Job Responsibilities:

Accounts & Audit

• Would be responsible for Hardcore Accounting-Routine accounting, Data Entry, Purchase, Invoicing, Bank Vouchers, Petty Cash Vouchers, Reimbursement Vouchers, and Expense Vouchers.

• Handling Statutory Auditors, finalizing financials and getting it audited.

• Quarterly Listing requirements of Parent company.

Direct and Indirect taxation

• Would be responsible for filing GST/TDS returns.

• Review of TDS returns and instructing corrections if any.

• Handling assessments of Service Tax, Income tax, GST etc.

MIS, Group Reporting and Budgeting

• Assisting in Group Reporting to Parent Company in stipulated Timelines and strict deadlines.

• Would be responsible for giving information to parent company as and when required.

• Liasoning and coordinating with Parent finance department for instructions and guidelines.

• Coordination with Sales & service Team for Budget data.

Treasury

• Liasoning and coordinating with Bankers for remittances Preparing documentation for Bank Guarantee, LC etc.

• Negotiating for best exchange Rates and bank Charges
