Preparation and review responsibilities of following work performed by the team involving accounting functions:
Month end accounting, analysis of PL and BS, and finalization of trial balance.
Support Statutory, Regulatory & Management reporting including expense analysis, investigation of variances and providing commentaries.
Preparation of Statutory Financial Statements along with relevant Notes to the Accounts.
Ensure timely delivery of work and providing regular update to all stakeholders including clients.
Preparing and updating process documentation and to keep it up to date all the time.
Work collaboratively with team of staff performing similar tasks across FC teams.
Manage responses to queries from clients and auditors
Develop Knowledge of the Business, Accounting Systems, Reconciliation policy, Finance Control Standards & Quality Framework and ensure compliance with these.
Driving key projects in the Financial Control space.
Ensure timely delivery of work and providing regular update to all stakeholders including clients
Review of process documentation to keep it up to date all the time.
Training and developing new starters; Leading and managing the team, and doing effective appraisals.
Liaising with auditors (internal & external) and responding to their queries
Stakeholder Management and handle escalations
, Desired Profile
Postgraduate / professional accounting qualification, preferably CA or CPA
Minimum 6 to 8 years of post qualification experience
Flexibility to work in different time zones.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills with ability to deliver high quality presentations and management reports for senior stakeholders.
Ability to handle large volumes of data and present meaningful analysis
Strong team player

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
