Job Description
  • Coordination with union for related support
  • Coordination with internal and external legal agencies for company topics
  • Discipline cases
  • Address employee grievances
  • Steer ERC (employee relation committee)
  • Steer comittees like health, ergonomics etc.
  • Collaborte with training department for skill development of operative grade employees
  • CSR policy and initiatives
  • Steer POSH (Prevention of sexual harassment committee )
  • Drive special HR projects like employee retention programs and initiatives, diversity initatives
  • Events- Annual family day, company meeting, expat visits, collabartion with forums etc
  • Drive employee welfare and engagement programs and initatives
  • Drive reward and recognition program
  • Conduct employee connect programs- monthly, quarterly
  • Conduct skip level meetings
  • Employee Wellness initiatives
  • Front desk responsibilty
