Making a significant contribution to the agency’s bottom line (increase in profit)
Develop warm and cold leads and build a robust new business pipeline
Creating a detailed approach that is updated regularly and shared with management
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth of integration campaigns
Working alongside the Client Services Director to identify opportunities with current clients
Attend networking events/seminars to maximize awareness of the Navigate brand
Create links and develop effective working relationships with appropriate 3rd parties
Participate in account brainstorming and media strategy development
Build and maintain detailed knowledge of the sectors our clients/prospects work in
Participate in client meetings, and conduct diagnostics to assess Digital Marketing and CRM capabilities
Support customer journey mapping, Digital Marketing and CRM capability assessments and blueprints, transformational roadmaps and value case development, process redesign, and organizational transformation.
Support business development activities, including proposal development and other pursuit activities
Contribute to practice building activities (e.g., asset development)
Translate Digital Marketing and CRM vision into concrete requirements
Develop implementation plans
Support project management activities
Develop case studies and other professionally created sales collateral
Outbound prospecting via email, phone and face to face meetings
Contribute to the overall development of the agency, in terms of positioning in the market
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of three to five years’ experience in digital marketing
Excellent structured communication skills
Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and CRM - leveraging strategy, data, analytics, and technology
Strong organizational, project management
A self-starting orientation within a fast-paced environment with an intense desire/drive to "make things happen"
