Providing and interpreting Financial Information
Formulating Strategies and Long term business plans researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
Analysing competitors and market trends
Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
To work with the data information to ensure consistency in the financial and contractual performance reporting structures

To provide leadership and management of direct reporting, to work with other colleagues to ensure that all monthly management reports are produced, shared, understood and acted upon

To create and maintain effective working relationships with line manager and colleagues

Responsible for maintaining the contract financials at client level / department level
Responsible for performing variance analysis of financials (Actual vs Budget/Actual vs Forecast etc)
Responsible for performing cost benefit analysis for various projects initiated within the function
Should be able to liaise with the business for financial discussions
People Management
Good understanding of Systems and Processes
Strong analytical skills with a go getter approach
Good Knowledge of accounting practices/systems

Skill Set:
Overall knowledge, understanding and experience of ERP operating systems
Have an exceptional ability to interpret financial and operating data and identify where the value drivers are for profit

Be able to assess key business processes and complex business issues and decide how to respond
Proven experience to operate and influence effectively with Senior Managers
Have excellent interpersonal skills, be an effective communicator (both written and orally) who can inspire confidence, influence others and build appropriate working relationships to achieve business objectives.

Extensive experience in financial modelling, data manipulation within excel including Pivot Tables along with Good experience in Power point presentation

Commercial acumen and ability to identify and solve varied business problems

Good communications skills
Chartered Accountant / MBA / CA Inter with relevant experience
5 to 8 years of post qualification experience for CA / MBA
8-12 years of experience for CA Inter
