Reporting to: Global Sales Director
Experince: Min 5 years
Location: Manama (Bahrain)
The role will involve a reasonable amount of domestic travel and international travel through
Managing existing business in the Middle East
Developing new business throughout the Middle East;
Working closely with Distributor sales teams providing joint visitation and product training;
Produce action plans to address challenges around competitiveness, portfolio, and pricing.
The successful candidate will require:
Account Management, Business Development or Product Management experience from the chemical or chemically related fields or Non Destructive testing products or technical products sold into the Aviation industry;
Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation;
Relevant tertiary qualifications;
International marketing/selling experience will be highly regarded;
Availability to travel internationally on a semi-regular basis;

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
