Job Description
• Responsible to understand, convert and deliver Adhoc business requests

• Requirement Gathering as part of the KPI discovery process for executive dashboards, through meetings with top business stakeholders (CXO’s) across functions.

• Translate business reporting requirements into reporting solutions following industry best practices.

• Recommending and finalizing the list of KPIs to be tracked based on business pain points through iterative meetings.

• Proactive approach to meeting the business needs, Understand business issues use right analytical techniques synthe business results to generate actionable recommendations

• Understand the data, data model and data warehouse concepts.

• Individually capable of working on requirement gathering and estimating the effort.
Total No. of years: 6-8 years
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics /requirements understanding from stakeholders as a business analyst.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech domain is preferable.
Technical/Functional Skills:
  • BI & Analytics
  • Exposure to SAP is preferred
  • Experience working with analytical tools like Tableau, Cognos, Bobj is preferable.
Qualification: Engineering / MBA from Premier institutes. Graduates from Top Tier Colleges
