Job Description
• Ensure Quality Management System processes are "established, implemented and maintained" and lead the Quality team.`

• Ensure all company policies, SOPs, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.

• Implementing entire system in place, which will include establishing and maintain documentation controls and design controls

• Train all company staff in the documented company SOPs. Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks

• Ensure that everyone in the organization is aware of customer requirements.

• Report to "Top Management" on the QMS and General performance and where improvements are needed. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly management reports relating to company systems, production performance and non-compliances.

• Ensure that company third party accreditations / regulations are implemented, adhered to and maintained (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CE, US FDA, CDSCO).

• Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.

• Conduct effective safety, quality, process system compliance audits.

• Conduct internal audits as appropriate across the entire functionality of the company

• Maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards.

• Prepare Quality plans for the machining and Assembly Components.

• Adhere according to the project plan and schedule for the execution of the project.

• Maintaining Design documents as per the design procedure.

• Maintain 5S System and Continual Improvements as per firm requirements.

• Maintain all documents as per ISO 13485 procedures.

Resolving historical drawings in an orderly and timely manner.
