1 Project Coordinator will be responsible for all the coordinating activities wrt HO inter departments and Clients.
2 Excellent knowledge of Back Office, MIS and Documentation.
3 Should be very good in Excel and document/Proposal preperation.
4 Should be good in searching Industry relevant tenders, downloading tenders, filling the EOI & RFP and making the Proposals according to the given information of the tenders.
5 Should be able to use the DSC(Digital signature) and submission of online tenders
6 Should be able to prepare the hard copy of the tender/Proposals and ensuring that all the required company documentation is in place with the tender file.
7 Should be able to coordinate with the internal departments of the company for getting the required data for documentation purpose.
8 Should be able to apply for tenders online and offline.
9 Follow up and keep a track of all the applied tenders.
10 Graduate, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience.
11 Should have a descent communication skills.
12 Should be able to coordinate with the centers for all the documentation works and should be able to keep record of files and documents
14 Should be able to coordinate and get reports of each and every center on daily basis.
15 Should be able to monitor the centers and track the activities in the ongoing centers.
16 Should be able to monitor the attendance of the centers.
