Job Description This is 3rd Party payroll JobJob Type - PermanentNot ContractualJob Responsibility:-Preventive Maintenance: Planning & carrying out the Preventive Activities of more than 200 machines as schedule to increase MTBF.Breakdown Maintenance: Attending breakdown problems of all the machines in shifts, doing their breakdown analysis through Why-Why Sheets & then acting on the root cause to prevent there repeated occurrences.Spare Parts Management: Planning & Controlling of Spare parts to avoid surprises at the time of breakdown to reduce MTTR.Working on CNC based Laser and Plasma cutting m/cs like as TANAKA LASER, KINETIC 3000 and MESSER PLASMA.
