Job Description
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills.
Team oriented with the ability to work effectively with account managers, other recruiters and support staff.
3-5 years of US IT resume sourcing experience.Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet.
Recruit candidates for NYGCI’s direct clients on Corp-Corp and 1099. • Broadcast requirements to subcontractors and maintain list of subcontractors • Post positions and source candidates from in-house database, Monster, Dice, Indeed and social media sites • Well versed in building candidate’s database • Good phone presence and willingness to make 40 to 50 calls per day. • Conduct interviews and reference checks. This is a fast-paced organization that needs someone with a sense of humour, urgency, honesty and integrity.
