Track: EUC - 1- 3+ years of Desktop/Laptop Infrastructure, Symantec DLO Environment.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
He/She should have been in a part of Support team dealing with Symantec Desktop & Laptop Backup administration and Symantec Endpoint Project Management
• Must experience on Symantec Backup technology for End Users Desktop/Laptop, Agent Configuration, Network configuration and Installation-Configuration and troubleshooting
• Supporting large base of End users and making sure that their Data is safe. Good Experience in Problem Solving, analysing logs, Symantec DLO Agent options, Symantec DLO client Agent installation, Antivirus etc.
• Good Knowledge of Symantec DLO and Antivirus Endpoint Protection
• Understanding on Windows 10 Operating systems (Desktop & Laptop versions) in physical and virtual environment.
• Understanding of Active Directory and networking concepts
• Backup and Restoration Management of Physical (Desktop/Laptop) and Virtual environments (VDI)
• Hands-on knowledge on Configuring Agent and troubleshooting
• Extensive hands on troubleshooting and fixing knowledge on Symantec Endpoint.
• Should able to provide BAU support within required SLAs.
• Ability to work in a team and also with Client’s server team for any restoration etc.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
