Candidate Only from "Electrical Product Sales Field" will applied. 

Job Category : - Sales - Channel Sales.(To Appoint Dealers & Distributors - District wise) 

Our Product Range: - Wires & Cables, LT Power Capacitors, Air Circuit Breaker, MCCB, MCB, Contactor, Over Load Relay, Timer, Starter, Disconnector Switch, Switch Fuse Unit, Changeover Switch, Automatic Transfer Switch, HRC Fuse Link, Casing-Caping, Electronics Ballast, Lighting, Modular Switch & Accessories, Fans, LED Light, Plug & Socket etc 

Work Location: 
Assam ( Upper Assam Division – 5 nos, Barak Valley – 5 nos and Tripura – 4 nos.)

Note: We are looking for Performer and challenge taking person. No time-waster and Non-Performer person in required. He has to Appoint Dealers & Distributors Within 15 days of his joining. He must have Strong & Rich Distributors network and Retailers network.


Responsibilities and Duties 

Responsibilities of A.S.M: -

A.S.M. has to Appoint Dealers & Distributors Within 15 days of his joining.

He has to appoint effective and target achievable sales team under him to achieve his every month target.

He has to work not as a employee ,but think himself as part of company and take profitable decision for company and his team.

He should keep himself and his team with day to day activities. 

Responsibilities of T.S.M: -

T.S.M- He Has to Appoint Distributors In Each Districts Under His Territory.

He Has To Monitor Daily Wise Secondary Sales of Distributors & Retailers.

He Has to Follow Up Sales Executive performance daily wise(daily target& Achievement of S.E). 

Responsibilities of Sales Executive: -

Daily follow up of Retailers -Primary & Secondary Sales.

Expansion of Retailers Network
