Job Description : •7+ years of relevant work experience within an enterprise environment • Advanced knowledge of Linux RHCE environments • Experience with Linux deployments • Experience with VMware 5 and 6 is preferred • Extensive Knowledge on Kernel patching/ Fine tuning • Extensive Knowledge on LVM /RAID levels • Good troubleshooting skills • Efficient in writing bash scripts/ Any scripting knowledge • Should have knowledge on RedHat Satellite Management • Should have knowledge on change management process • Good documenting capabilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor of science / Master degree • Willing to work in a 24 x 7 shift environment. Activities: • Server Intake process and migrations from P2V ,V2V • Creation or update of migration run books • Migration of VMware instances • Creation and attaching the OS storage disks, virtual storage devices • Reconfiguration of servers, including storage & network

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
