Job Description
  • Good knowledge on RED HatLinux5,6 and 7 operating systems.
  • Provide TIER 2 troubleshooting support to the client.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the issues of existing data centers remotely.
  • Investigate and provide the RCA for the incidents.
  • Perform the scheduled changes and the tasks.
  • Take the ownership of the tickets and work towards the resolution.
  • Perform the activities within the defined SLA.
  • Adhere to the Change Management process.
  • Work with the external vendors for resolution.
