•Inputting all course data into the Learning Management System (LMS).  
•Creating class in the LMS. 
•Creating formal course registration invitations including pre-work and post work, distributing to course attendees for all the scheduled classes.  
•Sourcing and booking venues in good time and in line with the specified course requirements.  
•Assist in sourcing trainers/presenters via a database and provide them with local logistical information.  
•Ordering and producing course materials and arranging there distribution to the venue in good time prior to the course.  
•Scheduling and administering enrollments and reconciling courses via LMS system.  
•To assist with monitoring/reporting low enrollments.  
•Administering course evaluations and creating reports based on results data.  
•Support line manager in carrying out course reviews on enrollment data.  
•Conduct quality assurance checks on all courses in your region to identify and resolve any potential issues.  
•Monitor the spend in your region to ensure costs keep in line with financial forecasts.  
•Provide reports/ insight on classes when requested.  
•Report any course related issues and identify preventative methods.  
•Answering queries from the participants/managers on scheduled classes.

The Learning Coordinator must have the following:

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively via telephone, e-mail, and in person.

•Demonstrate strong sense of urgency.

•Eye for Details

•Meet all scheduled deadlines.

•Develop and maintain a good working relationship with both internal and external customers.

•Computer knowledge with MS Office Suite products and proficiency in math and spreadsheets.

•Bachelor's degree in a business-related major or five or more years related experience
