Job Description:
  • Compliance to Learning and development processes in pre-opening units asper the SOP by certifying all levels and all departments.
  • Assessment and evaluation of brand standards audit scores with training needs and analysis.
  • Development and implementation of a structured learning and development processes with in the unit through calendars-reports and training evaluation sheets and feed- back in existing units.
  • Ensure that training modules exist for all operational areas. Box office-Refuel-Usher- ing-Telesales-Inventory Package-and the Yield process etc
  • Discuss and review unit training needs and performances of individuals with unit head and heads of departments by identifying departmental trainers in each unit for implementation of operational training through train the trainer programs.
  • Drive all processes by adherence to the process design and task implementation with relevant standards being followed in all areas.
  • Measurement and analysis through assessment and evaluation tools at all operational levels in units.
  • Develops modules based on the training needs with the corporate learning and development.
  • Ensures that amendments and revisions to the processes are documented with participation of the operations people. Consistently follows-up with the unit heads and the operations heads to ensure that processes are being adhered to.

Candidate Expectation:
  • 5+ years of experience into Learning and Development with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience into new product launch training OJTS Manager Reviews Campus recruitments Product launch training Soft skills Training New employees refreshing training Implementation and maintaining SOPS Audits maintaining service standards ISO training
  • Exposure in conducting workshops and Re-Training for Manager level employees and preparing weekly and monthly Training report on the basis of Tracker.
  • Conducting Inductions and Orientations with the help of Training Manager.
  • Able to speak in Kannada is mandatory
