Job Description
Responsible for the day to day administration of the ADAM system used to support Design, Development and Learning delivery operations. Working with multi-functional teams globally, maintain and ensure artefacts deployed in the ADAM system are compliant with the agreed taxonomy to ensure business efficiency, productivity and performance for the Client Account.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process all ADAM ID requests for the client Account within SLA timescales.
  • Configure Courses and promote content from ADAM Assets into ADAM Products for facilitator access – Global Standards Courses only.
  • Conduct audit of artefacts deployed in ADAM Assets and ADAM Products to ensure compliance with agreed client Taxonomy.
  • Provide scheduled and AD Hoc reports from ADAM system.
  • Identify potential system improvements for ADAM and raise these with the Global Learning Technology Manager for review/implementation.
  • Subject Matter Expert
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ADAM Assets and ADAM Products
  • Point of Contact (POC) for GP Design, Development and Deployment Teams on the client Account to provide support and assist with system queries.
  • ADAM Support
  • Provide Tier 2 POC for GP Staff with ADAM questions
  • Coordinate with Global Learning Technology Manager to develop client specific training materials based on feedback from end users
  • Support Delivery of ADAM Training to GP Staff on an as needed basis
  • Liaise with Tier 3 team to ensure understanding and awareness of upcoming system upgrades and impact to the client Account
  • Ensure that ADAM technology-related risks are identified and raise these with the Global Learning Technology Manager

Other Responsibilities
  • To ensure other local resource covering periods of leave or absence are appropriately briefed and trained in order to ensure service continuity of the ADAM Librarian role.
  • To participate in the staff development programme within the framework of IIP and within the agreed individual staff development plan
  • To ensure that the Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety and Quality Operating Policies and Procedures are adhered to within your area of responsibility and by your direct reports and that any non-compliance is reported to the appropriate level of management

Essential Requirements Desirable Requirements
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience operating technology based systems
  • Proven experience in an Operational role.
  • Communication and networking skills.
  • Analytical skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work on several tasks at the same time
  • Experience working in the Training and/or Technology Sector
  • Ability to communicate in English
