Role: - Overall responsible for running security services from the Firm's offices in India - Managing service delivery team including application security testing, PCI consulting, vendor risk management, 24x7 security monitoring services, Digital Forensics - Strong partnership with Global management - Should have exposure to global best practices in the Security Services Area - Preferably should have experience in implementing security services in a shared services environment for global corporations - Leading root cause analysis and developing corrective and preventive measures and following to closure Location: New Delhi

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
