• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • 5+ years of only US recruiting experience – IT & Engineering roles. • Experience leading / managing a team is big plus. • Good understanding of sourcing candidates through traditional recruiting methods as well as through other means. • Proven track record of recruiting through cold calling, and lead generation • Experience in web-based recruiting tools, including social media and job boards, and applicant tracking systems. • Experience in interview preparation, placement and closing. • Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude. • Must be able to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality. • Must be determined to succeed, and willing to work hard.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
