Position Title Assistant Manager
Drive reporting and dashboard automation process for entire supply chain function
Analyze business processes, identify gaps and recommend solutions
Digitize and automate supply chain processes
Successfully deploy new processes through user training, and setting appropriate governance mechanism
Validate solutions, including end-to-end processes, by testing programs and validating results
Oracle Functional Skills
Well versed with Oracle R12 ERP Modules of Inventory, Purchasing and Order Management.
Working knowledge of modules like iProcurement, iSupplier and iSourcing.
Experience in working with Lookups, Value sets and Profile Options.
Good understanding of SQL queries
Other Functional Requirements
Prior work experience with automated report development using data analytics tool preferable
Prior experience with process improvement/reengineering preferable
Organize disparate data sources into single data models
Prior project management experience preferable
Good knowledge of supply chain processes
Self-motivated. Ability to work with minimal supervision

Education and Experience
Graduation from a recognized university. Engineering or Management degrees preferable
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience
