Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead a team of 15 to 18 resources, including a good number of freshers in the team.

2. Should hold the ability to learn, understand and execute all processes trained to the team, and be a SME on the business for your team!

3. Ensure timely and proactive communication on all matters with leadership team on the floor.

4. Demonstrate ability to work as a team and cultivate an inclusive environment.

5. Be a great team player, mentor and an enabler to a high performing team.

6. Responsible for ongoing team member coaching to ensure the team is fully equipped to operate effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduate with 4 to 6 years of work experience, with 1 to 2 years as a team-leader.

2. Proficiency in excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools.

3. Approaches problems with curiosity and generates creative solutions. Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.

4. Good communication and comprehension skills with above average proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

5. Ability to work well with others, highly motivated and committed to the development of high-quality work.

6. Willing to work in Rotational shifts, work during night-shifts and weekends (5 days a Week) including India Holidays, with any two consecutive days as weekly-offs.
