Job Description
• Telephone calling and counselling to prospective clients as per given caller script and time frame

• Understanding clients’ concerns / pain points and recommending lifestyle based solutions that addresses their concerns / pain points related to hearing health.

• To follow guidelines to schedule appointment of the client at recommended clinic for a free trial of the product

• Coordinating with recommended clinic to confirm scheduled appointment

• Coordinating with the recommended clinic and Customer Care Team to ensure that trial product is available at the clinic

• Sending an email and whatsapp (as per specified format) to the client confirming the clinic name, address, appointment date & time, contact person name, phone no. etc

• Sending an email and whatsapp (as per specified format) to recommended clinic mentioning client details, brief background of clients’ hearing health and counselling done

• Post-trial following up with clinics and clients to achieve sales and conversion targets

• Confirmation calls to clients and clinics to confirm purchase

• Updating all information in CRM on timely basis

• Immediate joining would be preferable.
