Experience between 2 – 4 years - We have two established L2 Support queues supporting facilities IWMS Tool - Archibus and Conference Room Management using Outlook using ServiceNow. - Candidate’s needs to support the Incident tickets submitted in ServiceNow towards managing the above two incident queues. - Candidates need to be proficient in MS-Office, Outlook, ServiceNow and with basic IT troubleshooting and software development expertise. - Candidates from an IT Support/Helpdesk background would be relevant. - Facilities domain and Archibus tool knowledge would be a value add. - Candidate should have good communication skills and a customer service aptitude - Candidate should be a team player.
