Responsibilities:
1) Develop expertise on in-house applications.
2) Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure
3) L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support
4) Creation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle
5) Package install, upgrades in different environments
6) Co-ordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.
7) Deployment of patches in multiple environments and tracking the same.
8) Support L3 team during implementation.
Must Have:
1) Minimum 03 yrs experience in L2 Application Support
2) ITIL foundation certification
3) Good oral and written communication skills
Technical Skills (min 02 from the below list):
1) ASP.net, C#, VB Script, Java Script
2) SQL server
3) CMS tool
4) IIS
Application/Domain:
1) Ecommerce
2) LIMS
3) MS Axapta
4) MS-CRM
