L2 Application Support

Job Description

1) Develop expertise on in-house applications.
2) Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure
3) L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support
4) Creation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle
5) Package install, upgrades in different environments
6) Co-ordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.
7) Deployment of patches in multiple environments and tracking the same.
8) Support L3 team during implementation.

Must Have:
1) Minimum 03 yrs experience in L2 Application Support
2) ITIL foundation certification
3) Good oral and written communication skills

Technical Skills
1) Java
2) Knowledge of any ESB platforms (preferably RedHat JBoss Fuse)
3) Knowledge on any message brokers (preferably RedHat JBoss AMQ)
4) Linux administration skills
5) Cassandra

1) Integration platform
2) Coupa
3) Any ERP (Axapta/Great Plains/Lawson/MYOB/Navision/Tally)
This work involves rotational shifts supporting internal customers (within the organization).

Interview Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore
