Job Description
1. The work to be performed by the resources are:
(a) Resolution of CMS related complaints of YONO.
(b) Resolution of Service Desk related issues.
(c) Reconciliation of Credit Card, MF and other journeys related to YONO where reconciliation services are required.
(d) and any other issues related to operations & services of YONO application.

II. The resources should also be having functional knowledge of computer particularly relating to MS Office which includes MS Word, Excel, PPT.
(a) In Excel - pivot table, v-lookup, conditional formatting, advanced charting pivot reporting, VBA and array formulas etc.
(b) In Word - Use of auto fills, manage data entry with pivot table tool, format and re-use header, understanding of accounting process etc.
