Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT infrastructure and application support for customer applications
  • Monitoring and events handling support for application Infrastructure
  • Collaborate and Troubleshoot Application related incidents
  • Engage support teams for problem resolutions and corrective measures
  • Ensure application availability based on the expected SLA
  • Installations and Implementation of tasks based on the provided documentation
  • Collaborate with support teams
  • ITIL based Incident Management, Asset and Configuration management in Ticketing tool
  • Provide 24/7 support including planned Maintenance Support
  • Should be able to work in shifts

  • Expected Technical Skills:
  • Experience in IT application support â€" 24/7 Operation (L1)
  • Knowledge on Linux or Windows Server Administration
  • Basic knowledge on Application architecture , Database and Networking Concepts
  • Experience in Incident & Problem Management
  • Experience in working on service management ticketing tools such as BMC Remedy, JIRA etc.
  • Knowledge of using application and infrastructure Monitoring tools (ICINGA / Splunk / Nagios / Net-IQ ) will be added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
