Btech(CS, IT, EC), BCA, MCA or equivalent exp.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency planning, developing, and maintaining applications from front to back-end.
Experience: 0-12 months
Design: Responsive Design, HTML5, CSS3
Data transport formats (e.g., XML, JSON)
Solid knowledge of the software development life cycle
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Codeigniter framework experience.
Git/Svn version control experience.
Familiarity with Twitter Bootstrap or Foundation CSS Framework

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
